Year-round individual and Team coaching in cross-country skiing
In the fall of 2022, Canadian Wintersports launched its coaching programs. These include two individual coaching options, team or group coaching, dryland and on-snow clinics and private lessons. Coaching will be offered by current athletes and experienced coaches. See below for details of the various programs.
In this section you will find programs where we are partnering with community groups to offer a variety of skiing experiences.

Nipissing Lakers Adult Ski Program
$100 for 5 sessions
(plus trail fees)
$200 - 10 sessions
(plus trail fees)

Whether you are learning to cross-country ski or want to improve your skills, the Nipissing Lakers Varsity Ski Team will enhance your winter skiing experience.
This program is for adult skiers of all levels -
Beginner to Advanced;
Recreational and Competitive.
Participants have the option of five or ten ski sessions.
Sessions are in skate and classic skiing technique.
Sunday 11:00 am to 12:30 pm and
Tuesday 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Sessions are held at the North Bay Nordic Ski Club. Participants need to purchase a trail pass. http://www.northbaynordic.ca/
Start date is Tuesday, January 9th/Sunday, January 14th.
End date is Tuesday, February 27th/Sunday, March 3rd.
